Ive been waiting forever to find one of these, and a few hours ago i stumbled upon my first one, so yay for achievement

and now i just got a second, wow, i must be super lucky today!

Congratulations! I'm pretty convinced it actually has to do with post count; my friend and I once got 6 Raffle Tickets each on a single day during an auction bidding war with a friend. (Then again, our total post counts tripled. xD)
